They took great care of my dog and were so nice to him. Tooth extraction was done professionally and within a few hours and done so well the gums later looked great and completely healed. Thank you.

Awesome vet! I took my dog there for her annual check up because a friend said that they take their dog there and they love it. I am so happy that they reccomend them! This is 100% the best vet I have ever been to! Everyone was very polite, not pushy, or trying to over sell their products to you. I left knowing that that's where I will be taking my pets from now on for sure!

My first time there and I got confused and was an hour late. They still fit me in. The woman who met me outside to take my dog in was such a sweet perfesional vet tech. I really like this place, I've been looking for a new vet since the clinic we have been using for over 4 years has gone down hill horribly. I saw some recommendations for this new clinic on my Next door app so I gave them a try. This will be our new vet even with the drive from Eugene. Very pleased!

A heartless human hit a precious kitty this morning and kept on going, just leaving the precious baby in the middle of the road.. I was able to stop my car and rush out to him in time to stop the other cars that were headed towards him, gently wrapped him up and carried him back to my car to make sure that he had forsure made his journey over the Rainbow Bridge, before checking with the nearby houses, hoping to give a family closure if he was their baby.. but everyone said they thought he was \just one of the strays\. So then I had this precious kitty in my car and no idea what to do, so I called the closest vet clinics to ask about dropping him off to be scanned for a microchip and cremated so that his little body could leave this earth with the dignity he deserved. I won't name the first clinic I called, as they were not very compassionate and seemed to feel that my request was an inconvenience rather than a simple act of kindness.. So then I called Country Side, and gosh, the response I received was the polar opposite. The woman who answered was so kind, so genuinely compassionate, and welcomed me to come down right away. When I arrived, I am not sure who it was who came out to my car, but she too, was so incredibly kind. She handled the little kitty so gently. With the kind of care and respect we would all want our own babies to be treated with. And that really meant a lot to me. I have never been to this clinic before so I don't have any personal experience with the veterinarians or quality of care that they provide. However, if what I saw of this kind technician this morning, is any indication of the level of care, compassion and concern throughout this clinic as a whole, then I know for certain where I will be taking my own babies from now on Thank you so much Country Side!
