Absolutely great! Nice clean rooms, pleasant desk personnel, and good location. We came in late due to a tire issue and was checked in quickly. Need was a little firm for my liking, but that is subjective. Keep up the great work and I will be back.

It’s hard for me to understand how this place bears the Marriott name, because they sure don’t live up to it. Couch in the room was dirty and looked like it had been used as a cat tree (see pics, but they don’t do the dirty armrests justice). Our AC also did NOT work. When I called the front desk, a guy came up and took half the AC unit apart and then surmised that it was broken. I asked to be moved to a new room, to which he replied that he’d have to clean another room up, and it “could take hours” to do so. It was past midnight, so he offered to open up the windows. IT WAS 85 OUTSIDE. Solution: let us use their fans to blow cool air in from the living room side into the bedroom. It cooled down to mid-70s inside, but then the broken AC randomly turned on in the middle of the night (was turned it off at the thermostat) and started making grinding noises, waking everyone up. It stopped, and then a couple hours later it repeated the noise. So we got terrible sleep. This was my first time staying in this particular hotel in JC, and unless/until they completely remodel this place, there are better-maintained properties right across the street, at a lower rate to boot.
Nice hotel to break up a long trip. Had everything we needed. Clean. Bistro restaurant. Enjoyed the Keurig.
Nice clean room the bed was so comfortable wish we could have stayed longer. The front desk clerk thou was a little grumpi we checked in late just thought he could have been a little nicer.
Clean rooms and friendly staff with easy check in and out. The rooms are a nice size, but the abundance of storage greatly reduces floor space. Located near walmart and other shopping and restaurants. Overall, this is a great hotel!
Oustanding !!! Service and attention by Mr. Marquez. Well deserved compliment for his professional attention. Rooms are clean!! As expected from Marriott. Beatiful lobby area. Breakfast was prepackaged but of good quality.overall 95 out of 100. Congratulations!!!
Clean but right now no services like restaurant. Toilets could be bigger and taller. Over all comfortable.
Clean, great location! For such a BIG hotel, why wouldn't they have a hot tub with the pool? My only down fall.
