The location that we rented from has a good selection of vehicles and the sales associates are top notch. The associate Terrell was phenomenal! he went above and beyond to take care of our needs. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of some confusion when reserving vehicles on their website. However Terrell worked tirelessly to get us what we needed, he personally deserves 10 stars.

I want to commend employee, Rick Brown, at the Junction City, KS Enterprise location. My sister, Brenda, and I were driving from Missouri to Colorado for vacation last Monday, when my sister's car began having trouble and we needed to rent a car for the remainder of our trip. Sean from Firestone contacted Rick to see if there were any available cars and after a short time, my sister and I headed to Enterprise where we were greeted by Rick who was energetic and ready to help us out. Rick went above and beyond what any employee is probably trained to do, however, the customer experience he provided is worthy of sharing, which I plan to do. THANK YOU RICK!!! Rented car for a week after about 24 hours I had to take time out of my trip and figure out where to get an oil change since car let me know it was in need of one. Spent about an hour on the phone and trying to figure out where to get one or exchange car for another. First call I waited 30 minutes before talking to anyone, they told me there was not a place near where I was. Next morning I called enterprise nearest me but national place answered in turn they talked to the place I tried calling and told me they had 2 cars there and I could exchange cars also gave me the number and time they opened and closed. I went there even though it was not on my way, called when I was in the town the manager said he did not have a car or talked to the person I talked so not sure who was telling me truth. The other worker there told me the place they use to change oil and had me go there and get oil changed on there account. Not even a sorry from anyone involved. Cost me time and gas to get something done that should have been done before it was rented to me.

This location is Terrible! So very unhelpful in the rental car process. My reservation was made with a debit card online and upon picking up the vehicle it was explained that a credit card is needed to secure the rental. I have rented 3 different vehicles at different locations in the last year with my debit card so explain this ? This caused a HUGE problem in my travel plans. The location wanted a credit of which I did not have so I obtained a credit card and went to the Kansas City location where I ended up renting from for 300 cheaper ! Don’t waist your time here.

Had a hard time returning car. Hours posted but no one there. Waited 45 mins.and was on hold for 20mins on phone.

Best rent a car service around Junction City. Friendly staff. Ms. Shelia goes out of her way for her customers. And the big guy that's retired army, I'm sorry I do not remember his name will even help sell you a car in you're price range!!! Go try them out!!
