Super disappointed in the owners of this property. They are stuck up and very judgmental. The Manger (Peggy) of the park is very unprofessional and self serving......They pre-select their \friends\ to live in this park so if you are an outsider WATCH OUT! You will be denied when filling out their application. The Manager is well known throughout the park for sticking her nose in your business and will never leave you alone, as such, tenants in this park run and hide when they see her approaching. This Manager needs a lesson in both confidentiality and minding her own business!!! Past tenants trying to sell their homes have found it difficult because the park manger and her sister Lois \the owner\ will deter anyone who is not on their \preferred\ list. They have made it almost impossible to sell homes to any outsider. The Owners and Manager of this park violate multiple fair housing rules and regulations to include steering and discrimination and should not be allowed to own or run any manufactured park. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this Park or you will be unhappy and miserable!!!!.
