Staff is friendly till you call them out. Waited past my appointment time by about 15 minutes or so, I can deal with that. The young man putting my tires on was slow and needs more training along with supervision till he gets up to speed/knowledge, dropped something inside the tire from his pocket while mounting, took 10 minutes to take that out. Was told it required tire monitoring system kit per tire, but didn’t see any get installed while I monitor progress. Was deducted from my final bill when I mentioned it, but not before the manager gave an attitude about it. It was made right, but there was a regional manager(I suspect, he was important)that had just walked in 10 minutes before hand; so I suppose that’s why that got taken off.

Our experience was pleasant! The staff were helpful and friendly. They were able to get us in quickly without a scheduled appointment. They were efficient and reasonably priced. We were on our way in hours!

Oil change price was not reasonable. 101 for full synthetic, where I get charged 80 elsewhere. Never bringing my Volkswagen here again. Poor customer service, didn’t even write the date or mileage sticker for next oil change. Had to asked to get my receipt.

Got a oil change, it was fast, price was reasonable. Would’ve given a 5 star but they didn’t calculate the new mileage for a oil change nor the date. When I asked them about it they told me to just come back in 3 months or to add 5000 to the mileage. Just felt like they were kinda lazy

I bought a vehicle at night and has some alignment issues. We were from out of state and decided to have them look at it in the morning. When we got there I explained my situation and the lady behind the counter took charge and got us fixed up. The alignment tech was amazing and asked all the right questions and addressed our concerns. I have 11 shops in Nebraska and as a Manager, you can only dream about having these kind of employees that treat people with empathy. Kudos to TO Haas and the people of Junction City Kansas.
