On Wednesday July 13 2016 I was supposed to catch the greyhound at 6:15 am in Topeka ks.I arrived at the address which was not a full stations like the agent on the phone said it was.It was connected to a BP gas station where I had to sit in my sister car till the bus came.When the bus showed up their wasn't any seat available when I purchase 3 tickets.The bus driver then went to check if there was any seats available again two people had got off the bus.So he ask if anyone would move to another seat so I can have two seat together since I had 2(7) years old with me.Didnt nobody want to move so I had to wait till the next bus come which the driver said around 11:00.So the office didn't opening up till 9:00am.When the office open up I ask the man what time does another bus come he said 8:00pm which was already full..He then tried to rebook my tickets so I can catch the bus that comes at 2:00pm but will be going to Dallas where I had to get off and wait till my next bus come but he couldn't even book my tickets for some reason.So I ask for a refund which will take about 2 weeks to receive it..

Experience was definitely horrible. I wouldn't advise anyone to waste their money for this company. The bus showed 3 hours late and then when asked for a refund they said to complete the trip first. Trip was completed but when the refund was asked I got a travel voucher for 75 but I paid 198 mind you it's only a voucher for them. Then the customer service representative argued me down about what time I got on the bus and how it wasn't delayed when it clearly shows on my ticket that I got on at 8:30 but my ticket was for 4 in the morning. I will never use this service again and will be contacting the corporate office. Not to mention the location was a deserted building with no personnel.

Sooo first off they were 3 hours late and we found this out through several misdirected calls to customer service. Every single local number we could have possibly called never got an answer. The locator was malfunctioning for a good half hour. Then the actual bus stop was unclear. What we assumed to be the bus stop was located in a dark deserted area. Definitely want a refund for this mess.
they lost my luggage was suppose to be at junction city but no one is ever there.they only give you 30 days to file for lost luggage how can you do that when no one is ever there grey hound must have lost so muc busniess cause you cant buy a ticket there.tis place is use less im very upset with grey hound n this whole experience they suck bad
Greyhound sucks always late missed connections long layovers total B.S. I'll never use them again

I missed my bus because they gave me the wrong address and they said it was my fault. Very disappointed. Never Again.
