Been a customer here for many years. Had an issue with my vehicle and Guaranty got all the work done. Time frame was fast. They measure I was happy with the work before I picked up. Courtesy car got me between Junction City and my house. Larry made sure I was a happy dude with the work. There is definitely a strong customer culture here.

My wife and I spent weeks working with multiple dealers, none of whom could/would find us a new 2500 truck with a standard cab and 8' bed. Then we stumbled across a really decent RAM 2500 at Guaranty's used lot this week, so I called to get info. Dillon Kastner took my call, was patient and courteous, and provided clear detailed answers to my questions. So we went to test drive the truck (which Dillon had made sure was sanitized). After test driving we said we wanted to think overnight and Dillon was fabulous in that he offered to let us take it home overnight. The next morning we agreed to buy the truck. Throughout the routine tedious paperwork, Dillon was polite, provided clear and thorough information about the process, and made every effort to keep it as succinct as possible. He then sat with us to complete the final paperwork with Mike Conrad - all of which went very smoothly. The gist of this review is not, however, the above sales process. Rather, we want to express how impressed we were with Dillon's calm, peaceful, confident, respectful and professional demeanor. My wife and I have left many car dealerships as a result of sales staff pressure tactics and \attitude.\ Dillon, in sharp contrast, focused on the relationship and making sure *we* were comfortable. 'Would totally do business with Dillon Kastner again.
I would highly recommend Ken Gotter he has sold me numerous cars over the years and is always there to help when I ask. He is the best! Robin Stogsdill is fantastic in finance always gets the best deal for me.
Absolutely best service I have every gotten while buying a vehicle! They truly take care of you and do what's right. I found an issue with the vehicle after purchase and the warranty unfortunately didn't cover it. The service department repaired it for free for me.
Bought a car from them just last night. Bill Scott was our salesman and he was absolutely amazing in helping us get what we wanted and for the best price! Will be looking to possibly get another car here in the next couple of months and will definitely be going to guaranty again. This is the second car purchase we have done. Robin in finance is absolutely amazing as well. Thank you Robin and Bill for making it such an easy to understand and nice friendly pleasant experience. See y’all soon for another car!
