These folks know what they're doing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. From Ron McGowen, my sales man, to Mike out in service who showed me how to operate my new camper, to the deal I got getting some last minute details taken care of. Then they put me up for the night at their nice RV park! All in all it was a great experience!

Everyone at Guaranty from our Salesmen, Jesse and Clay, to Steve from Service and Bill in Finance, was just great. We came in looking for a fifth wheel with little to no knowledge other than internet research and they showed us a beautiful barely used Arctic Fox that we feel was an amazing deal and perfect for brand new RVers. They easily could've steered us to something for twice the price, but they listened to what we were looking for. They also gave us great tips and advice on set up, use and maintenance. We are very happy with our purchase!
We recently purchased a travel trailer from Guaranty. We had the blessing of working with salesman Casey Sanguine. He was very kind and very helpful, but not pushy at all. While being friendly,, he maintained professional attitude.. He listened to what we had in mind and showed us that size and weight. He allowed us time to talk privately which is important when making a purchase of that size. Also Casey included a part that we needed to complete our hitch assembly. Thank you!! When we arrived to pick up the trailer, Casey introduced us to Cody who showed us how things worked in and on our trailer. Again, he was very kind and helpful. Even though it was the end of his busy work day, he got our hitch ready and all set up. Ours took some extra effort which he did graciously with no complaint. He remained kind even though it was past his quitting time on a Friday night. Thank you Casey and Cody!!
We would like to thank Lonnie Bowers and Rich White for the assistance they provided in the purchase of our new Alliance 5th Wheel. We had requested to see another brand of 5th wheel which Lonnie showed us. It was not what we were expecting for our needs. Lonnie showed us the new Alliance brand which had a bath and a half. What a huge surprise to see the beautiful amenities and to have a half bath on the main level. Lonnie and Rich were always available They work together.as a great team. It was refreshing to had a very knowledgeable sales staff to work hard at meeting our requirements for a used Class C RV. Roianne was patient as we checked out coach after coach making us feel that our needs were very important. We purchased a coach and she made the transaction move quickly. Would highly recommend this RV Center to one and all.
