We went in to just look and get an idea of what was out there and what we did or didn’t like. We had no intentions of buying until we encountered Sean Babb. We were upfront with our intentions and he gave such good customer service and didn’t make us feel as if we were wasting his time “window shopping”. We appreciated his time and care we ended up ordering one. During the process he was kind, knowledgeable, and communicated with us along the way. We are first time trailer owners and he made this process so easy. Worth the hour drive. Thanks Sean!

My adventures are riddled with electrical shorts and malfunctioning slides and dont put food in the pantry because the door wont shut and food will end up on the floor So that 3 month old RV is a POS and Guaranty knew before they sold it Nothing is perception here its all based on facts since the Ed the regional manager likes to say its my perception I included the pantry door. Its closed as far as it will go and this is what they replaced yesterday and said its fixed. UPDATE not sure why but the picture never showed the door is warped.
This was such a big purchase for me, and I found the guaranty people to be kind, encouraging, helpful and respectful. The last thing was particularly important because I am a woman of a certain age, and it’s really great to find a place that engaged with me without a shred of condescension- even the tech who walked me through the revel was just so perfect in tone and approach. The process was smooth and flawless from the time I walked through the door until they handed me my keys at my home. Financing was easy and I think they got me a good deal. But they made it clear that they weren’t just dropping me off, and that they’d make sure I was ok going forward. But then they have been in business for a long time so they know what they are doing.
We had the pleasure of purchasing a new Forest River RV with the assistance of Chris in Sales. We always felt that he had our best interests in mind and never felt any sales pressure. During the 2 month delivery period he kept us informed as best he could. When it came time to pick it up there were no surprises. We were very satisfied with his organization of the walk though and financing.
We had the pleasure of purchasing an RV from JD at Guaranty RV in Junction City. It was the most pleasant buying experience. JD was knowledgeable about the trailers we looked at and in no way was he pushy or demanding. It was not an all day event. We came back a week later to pick it up and sign the papers and it was such a smooth process and quick. They spent all the time we needed to go over the rigs details and fixed any issue we might have noticed. Our hats off the Sergio in the service department. Holy smokes that guy is smart. He was able to answer every question! And we had several regarding the size of our tow rig and trailer weight. And on top of all that, they couldn’t have been any nicer.
