Sales Rep Rick Brown was very helpful. He made my buying experience a very comfortable experience and was very informative. Although I have never met Rick before my purchase I felt like he was a buddy I had known most my life. I was very comfortable right from the start. I'm very happy with all of the staff I worked with in my purchase. If you're looking for a sales person who is not pushy, is honest and laid back go see Rick Brown. I will definitely be thinking of Guaranty and Rick Brown in any future vehicle or trailer purchases in the future.

First of all I wanted to say thank you to Jeremy Smith my salesman who listened to me and didn’t patronize me like some other lots do when they see a woman buying a car on her own. Went the extra mile to make sure I got the best deal! Then a huge shout out to Michael Conrad for not stopping until I got the best bank to finance me. He really went above and beyond to make sure I had all my questions answered and celebrated with me when my purchase was finalized. They really are the kindest people and I thank them! I spent 3 hour test driving some of the vehicles guaranty had in stock. After picking what I liked and running the numbers I sadly was not able to make a deal at this time. That said, these guys are awesome! They did not pressure me at all and were very understanding when I explained my situation. They are all professional and love what they do. If you want to buy a car at a dealership but don’t want to be pushed around by hungry dealers this is hands down the place to go. Having grow up in and era where ‘used car salesmen’ were literally untrustworthy buying a used car brings back those negative memories and I don’t look forward to buying a car. Well, the team at Guaranty is quite the opposite. Despite my often negative and unclear responses they were ALWAYS positive, patient and transparent about any and all information regarding the vehicle I was looking at and the sales process. Thanks Patrick (first worked with him in the used car lot...he was GREAT!,) Brodie and the entire team. Oh, and I LOVE my Jeep!!! ...and WILL BE BACK ( not a threat...a promise )
