Five stars because it’s newly renovated, the rooms are very spacious and the price is awesome. There’s still some things they’re working on as far as renovation. The doors aren’t really sealed so you’ll hear everyone talking like they’re in the same room. But since we are in the middle of COVID-19 Pandemic, luckily the place was 15% occupied. We just stopped for the night and needed a place to sleep. From CA heading to FL hauling a motorcycle with our truck, we needed a place where we could park it safely. We asked the front desk if we could park it in front of the lobby and we were so happy she said yes! It looked like an IHG hotel group as far as interiors and layout.
Love, love, love! This hotel is recently remodeled and under Holiday Inn management. Continental breakfast was great, beds were amazing. Will definitely recommend and stay here again.
The suites are roomy. You have a king size bed with a flat screen television, coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. The sitting area is a sofa with a chaise lounge that contains a sofa sleeper.
Staff is friendly for the most part, renovation has taken quite a while though. Nothing stated on the equipment room and pool being closed. Nice place nonetheless.
Excellent staff, clean, quiet stay. Had a small issue with desk chair. Five minutes later a new chair was brought up. That’s service. Highly recommend!
This place just recently became part of IHG. They are still getting ready to open. No corporate signage on the building. Pool is not open for guests. We found the room ok but missing a box of tissues and hair conditioner in the bathroom. The bedroom area was lacking an extra waste can. Lighting in the sofa area is non-existent, so part of the room is dark. The breakfast room was freezing cold and food supplies for guests are pretty slim. As we were getting ready to leave our room, my husband left first and the door closed behind him. I was still in the room packing. The cleaning lady barged right into the room (without a mask on) and surprised me while I was packing. She propped the door open then quickly left when she saw me. We were there for one night while traveling across the country. I probably won't stay here again. Room was quiet and price was fair.
