I have only had great experiences here. I have had worse experiences at the Topeka office. I have gotten labs, check ups, scheduled surgery, behavioral health appointments, chiropractor services and physical therapy. I love this team. I can only speak on behalf of myself. I do get better responses when I use myhealthevet.com to send a message than when I call in because it seems like they are constantly getting phone calls. All the front desk ladies are very kind. Dr. Peabody was a jewel for a chiropractor and the nurses here are amazing!

I had an appointment today with Tom in physical therapy to see about getting a bio-wave unit for the pain in my back,I scheduled this appointment a month ago, went to see him and he basically told me since I haven't ordered any replacement supplies for my tens unit, that I received six years ago and use it when I need to, he could not justify issuing me a bio-wave unit, so I guess I should of ordered replacement supplies even though I don't need them. In my opinion it was big waste of time for me to go there for my appointment.

They do need an better automated phone system, there are two options to talk to some one. If you pick to talk to a nurse it goes through to reception, the other option to make an appt sends you to voicemail. However they always get you I fast and if you tell them exactly what you need, they are fast and work with you to get it done. They are also very nice and always patient even when you dont know exactly how to explain what you need.

You can never get ahold of anyone phones are either always busy or you always have to leave a message. The care is poor and you have to run through circles to get the care you actually need. And the staff is trash as well they never know anything or they cant tell you what the problem is or they just have to get back to you. Which may take months.
