Called and asked if I need an appointment. Was told "sure, what time". Gave time and walked in five minutes early to find someone in the chair with two people ahead of me.... Sat there for fifteen minutes and left in disbelief. Probably should have told me you're working on a walk-in basis! When someone sets an appointment, it's probably because they're on a schedule of their own. I'll never go back
