Needed to get a couple of papers laminated. I called ahead to the place to see how much it would cost so I could have the money ready. I called and the lady that answered the phone said 99 cents a page. I thought was super cheap and I went straight down there to get them done and when I got there they told me it was 2.83. I thought that price was very high for only being 99 cents a page but then I happened to look at the wall behind the lady and it said laminations are 1.39. They should really be able to keep their prices the same since they are printed out and laminated on the wall. I was very dissatisfied with how I was treated with it all. The people didn’t seem very friendly either.

Great customer service! Always so helpful and knowledgeable. Not a large selection on some items but always willing to let you check their catalog and order for you.

Five stars for customer service. The people are nice, promptly greeted me, and ready to assist, so customer service is excellent. I have no issues there. Reason for only three stars: To avoid the madness of Wal-mart, and keep from driving 20 miles to Best Buy, I have gone in there a few times in the past, the latest being just yesterday so, I'll use this example. A woman in our office broke her keyboard and f course we need it replaced immediately for work. I need a specific small item (ergonomic keyboard) immediately but there's not one in stock. While I appreciate the offers to order supplies, if I could wait a week or two, I can just go online and order them myself for a much cheaper price and not even make the trip to a store, but I'm willing to pay a bit more in order to have it immediately. This has happened a few times with this location, so I give them complete kudos for good customer service, but it's hard to get what you need with such limited stock.
