The food was great waited patiently 20 minutes for my chicken but the order was wrong but the manager seems to be handling it and willing to give the refund

Drove 12 miles to nearest KFC, ordered the 30 meal deal. The 8 piece chicken (shorted us 4) was burnt, dry. Also they were out of biscuits, shorted us the bucket of 12 chicken tenders, mashed potatoes gravy was cold. The napkins looked as though they had been used. Every time I go in or to drive thru something is always messed up with order.....every single time. I call when I get home (12miles) they say come back and get what was missing, if I had done that it would of been closed not to mention the severe storm that popped up. So now there are hungry people, unhappy people! Very disappointed, I could see if they were busy but they were not! So now we will be scrounging up something else to have. I now have to drive in tomorrow and speak with a manager AGAIN! The chicken wasn't spicy flavor or type, just original. It was soooo over cooked and very dry! Every piece was like picture below! So frustrated and disappointed.
That place was awesome KFC In Junction City Was A very good experience for me . Note , On Monday For military 20% off 10% off the rest of the week . Isn't that great :-)
