Awesome job on both pedicure and manicure! She took off the old acrylic I had on and was careful not to break my actual nails underneath. Pedicure wasn't the best I've had but it was still very relaxing and she took her time. Wasn't very expensive either! She did exactly what I wanted and was very friendly. Will be going here again.

Poor customer service. the nails polish came out second after it dry ...my tips broke the after I got them done..it was my first time and honestly it was my last time
This place is dirty! The chairs have nasty looking stains on them and the entire place could use a good disinfecting. The lady did not talk or even attempt small talk. Good Customer service is not what you would get here. During my manicure the lady pulled off a hunk of my skin. I started bleeding and she didn’t apologize or even say a word. She put some blue stuff on the finger that was bleeding and kept going as if what she did was apart of the service. I would not go back to this place even if she offered me free manicures for life! I don’t think this place has ever been inspected. This was my first and last time going to this place and I would not recommend it to anyone.
Walked in with my sister in law, she never asked what we wanted just had us sit down and started on our nails. After she started she then asked what we wanted done, was on her phone the entire time and rushed through the entire process of our nails. She put way too much polish and clear coat on to dry, sat under light for 30 minutes and they still weren't dry. As we were sitting there drying our nails she took her shoes off and put them in the chair on her phone. She was more interested in her phone than anything! Didn't clean the equipment between me and my sister in law so who knows when it was last cleaned!
My wife has been there 2x and both times she’s came home with complaints. No one greets you as you walk in, if there are customers in front of you no one bothers to tell you how long the wait might be. It almost feels like they’re annoyed that customers come in during their business hours.
