The people were easy to work with, but while my car was at their lot, several of my personal items were stolen from within my vehicle and not returned to me when I picked my vehicle up. I'm filing a police report. I don't know how someone can smile, shake your hand, and lie through their teeth when they tell you all your personal items are there. To be fair, the vehicle was stored at a Stealth Towing and Recovery lot, most likely a partner company. It could have been someone there who did the snatching.

My initial review was not a good one. However, they worked very hard for my mom to get everything squared away and once we were able to get a hold of them, it wasn't an issue doing so again. I appreciate the way they worked to help her.
Very dishonest place, refuses to allow access to personal item in a timely manner and hides vehicles and location of them
Don’t return calls or call you, even after they have been notified to do so.
Say they will call you back in an hour but forgets about you. Still waiting almost 5 hours later
