Great service! Love my wheels. Will be crying when my credit card bill comes. Was made to feel stupid by a lady for calling an item by the name on my receipt rather than what she thought it should be called.. but the guys seemed to get her kindness. I had a great time visiting with folks during my wait.

Little disappointed in the lack of attention to detail cost was ran up because of the unwillingness to get the job done right the first time. Second time thru the job was correct but still did not have anything marked on upcoming problems that needed to be addressed. I used to think Les Schwab was a good place for services unfortunately I don't believe they have the integrity of the past.

We blew out one of our dually tires on I5 right before the Oak Grove rest stop. We spent the night and called Les Schwab in the morning. They came out, changed our tire right where we were, led us back to the shop, and balanced the new tire. They also made sure our other tires were all at the right pressure and were safe with good life left in them. Excellent customer service and great speed getting us back on the road! Thank you!
