“I sent them my phone and rather than them figuring out the problem from the start, they ordered a part to fix it and then didn’t know what to do. This then resulted in other things going wrong with my phone and now it doesn’t work at all. Waiting two weeks for a fixed phone is not guaranteed because they don’t figure out the problem in the first place.” Good?
