Every time I come here I think I’m saving myself time by ordering on the app and doing curbside but that’s a joke. Tonight I waited in the curbside pickup spot for 50 minutes. I finally got tired of waiting and went inside to see what was going on. They said they didn’t even have my order on their screens. I showed them the receipt and they were so confused. It took them another 30 minutes to figure out what the heck was going on and get me my food.

Honestly, this McDonald's is horrible... Everything said they were open until 12am. I showed up at 10:50pm, and waited in line until 11:15pm. No one was answering the intercom, and there were 5cars behind me, and about 5 in front being served. They had no signs stating that they were closing at 11pm for now on. They put a sign up this morning on the intercoms finally. This isn't the first time I've had to wait a tremendous amount of time either. Dont waste your time, just go to the one on Washington.
Loved new place in Junction City
I’m tired of this McDonald’s. So so tired. They’re ALWAYS messing up my food. I’ve waited 10 minutes (after waiting like 15-20 in line) for cookies that were straight up burnt. I ordered door dash today and I asked for sauces, I didn’t even get ANY sauces, not even the ones for my nuggets, my fries weren’t even filled, and my ten piece nuggets only had 8 in the box. Every time I go, there is usually one rude person at either window. When I worked there, I would get chewed out if any of my crew was acting like this. I could go on and on about this store, but that would be a long review.
