Midwest Carplex provided me with an amazing experience. Mr. Anthony, Sebastion and the rest of the crew made buying my first car unforgettable! For the longest time I had my heart set on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. They had one in the lot but that one had too many miles on it so I was not able to get it. Instead they went above and beyond to obtain a gorgeous 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee with less mileage and all kinds of features from heated seats, heated steering wheel, a big sun roof, and more. The best part is that this bad boy was also packed with a beautiful diesel engine and 33 inch tires! The interior includes a pretty neat center console lit with neon blue lights for better visibility on buttons. My Jeep feels like I am at a night club when I am driving! The back up camera, bluetooth, GPS are all super convenient as well. Please, please, please do not second guess yourself from seeing these guys for your next car! It was such a blessing and they'll make you feel like family. I am a very satisfied customer, Thank you all so much for making my year this year despite the unprecedented circumstances within our society. God bless and stay safe!

First off, I would like to give a warm thank you to Mr. Anthony and Nick. They were very professional, and welcoming with great sense of humor. When Mr. Anthony says he cares, the man keeps his word and delivers. I've had a lot of dealers lie to me about holding a specific truck and they sold it anyway, even though they knew I was on my way to purchase the truck. On another note, Mr. Anthony met me on a Sunday, when they were closed. He went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate that! I wasn't just a number, he treated me with respect and got to know me and at the same time. Mr. Anthony put me in the truck of my dreams with a reasonable price I could afford. Though I am hours away from his physical location, he will continue to get my business moving forward. Don't pass this guy up, you may end up regretting it one day!

Went in to look for a new family car to hold all my offspring. Brett went over and above to find a vehicle that would work. In fact, the whole team seemed genuinely interested in finding the perfect ride for us! Responses were super fast and I never felt pressure to buy. Amazing; I didn’t end up making a purchase, due to needing to get my priorities straight, BUT: The willingness of a dealership that is there to take care of its customers speaks volumes alone. They have my future business without a doubt. They will talk to you and treat as if you’re family. That being said, they moved so many mountains to get me into a vehicle I thoroughly loved. When I first walked up, Noe was there to greet us within the first steps. Greeted with seeing how we were doing, not in the stereotypical don’t really care way, but extremely genuine. He then found out what I was looking for, and was honest at each vehicle I looked at. The ones Him, my buddy, and myself were confused on how they weren’t sold yet. Their prices I can’t see any other place being willing to offer. I worked customer service for many years, and learned the quickest way to learn how a business operates is how the employees interact with each other. They are very much like family up there, and constantly there to help each other out and learn while setting up a deal. They’re all very competent, and speaks well on how open they are to learning from each other. I recommend Noe, he moved mountains to make my wants happen. Sadly, my business will be in the future and not the present. I’m blessed to know I have a business that will be there to take care of me with genuine compassion. Thanks for coming to my long post, I just wanted these guys to get the recognition they deserve, and hope you go there to check out their inventory!
