I had my first appt. Last week. From the moment I spoke to them on the phone, the staff was very warm and friendly!! The young lady who took my vitals and the Physical Therapist made me feel so comfortable. They cared about whether things bothered me or not!! I appreciated being asked if I was ok. When I told Andrew the Physical Therapist that I hated being touched or massaged he said let's not do that anymore if it bothers you let's try something else!! Finally I feel like someone is listening to me and cares... I look forward to working with these folks!! They all seem very kind and understanding!! Just a brief update: After more than a year of suffering with shoulder and arm pain, I honestly didn't think it was going to get better!! Andrew taught me some exercises to help strengthen my shoulder and arm. Not only did he teach me exercises but he explained how and why the exercise would benefit me!! I got handouts that i could review if i needed too.. Andrew Always checked to see if I had questions and made sure I understood. Honestly this is the first time that I have gotten positive results from Therapy.. the pain is gone and I feel so relieved!! I felt like the staff here genuinely cares and I felt so comfortable!! Thank you to every staff member here!!

I dislocated and broke my ankle last October. My first broken bone! Recovery from broken ankles is no joke. I feel beyond grateful for this office and the superior care they provided me. I primarily worked with Ruth and Michelle and will be eternally grateful for their care. I enjoyed their company immensely and their personal commitment to my recovery was felt and so appreciated. The entire office was tops, though. The owner was really personable and helpful and the front-office staff was on point and treated me like a friend. My ankle healed like a champ. I don't miss anything about my broken ankle but this office. Thank you, Oregon Neurosport!

The reception was very nice and helpful. Everyone had a smile and made me feel welcome, even though I have HOP. I wasn't treated any different. They are very knowledgeable and did a terrific job on me! They explain what they are doing and make sure I'm comfortable with it! I highly recommend them! Wonderful job!

A great team! Office staff is very friendly. I've been having treatment since breaking my shoulder. Mike and Michelle have done wonders for my ROM. I have exceeded what my physicians thought possible. Thank you Mike and Michelle for making this happen.

If zero stars was an option I would pick it. This place is terrible. I was mislead by this company and they refuse to admit it. Be very careful if you decide to choose this place as they will not tell you the correct information regarding your insurance. To make things even worse, they will hold your bills and submit them to insurance all at once so you have no idea you are racking up charges until it's too late to do anything about it. Completely mislead and will never recommend this place to anyone. The owner had a chance to make things right but refused to work with me. Very poor showing from the owner.

so tried to get in here and after 1 week of no one answering we finally got someone to pick up, then it was too hard for them to find the paper that was faxed to them from the Dr. After multiple tries we finally gave up as our patients ran thin. needless to say they don't try to help you if its OHP. In my experience anyway
