I had Sara today and she did an amazing job on my hair! She knew exactly what I wanted and did it even better than I imagined! I was more than happy with her professionalism and how friendly she was during my appointment today! Will definitely be coming back here to not only have my hair done but to use their other services simply because of how friendly everyone was! Definitely worth the visit!

I went in on Saturday to get eyelashes done, when she was finished I thought they looked amazing till I got home and looked at them closely and saw all my eye lashes were glued together!!! When I shut my eye all you saw was shiny glue and when they are opened you see the ends of each lash extensions, four of them had already fallen out on Sunday as well. I called at 11 in the morning and no one got ahold of me all day so I called back at 5 and they told me they'd contact me after they didn't call me back till 6 and told me I'd have to pay to get them removed. They didn't offer to refund me my hard earned money for some work that shows less than lack of experience. They didn't even offer to redo them. During the time of getting them done she actually glued my eye a little shut and had to rip the glue off, I thought it was fine because she had removed the bottom cover on my eye thinking she was done. It hurt like hell. It's upsetting because I thought that going to a very well known chain of beauty that I'd get amazing work done. So now I'm at home having to try and remove these things myself.
