Ordered the Chicken Protein Bowl and got Rice instead of beans. I wasn't paying attention and just let them make it. Upon taking home to eat I noticed that they completely skimped on the food. The dish I ordered is supposed to come with double Chicken and Double Fajita Toppings with a good portion of rice/beans. It didn't I got a small scoop of rice one tiny scoop of chicken and barely any fajita topping. 10 for the food and it barely half filled the bowl. I'm not saying the bowl with the lid on, but just the bowl itself. It barely filled half. When a order is supposed to have double the stuff you think it'd fill the bowl, but apparently not. Paid the little extra to get what I got because I wanted a good amount of chicken, rice and fajita topping and I ended up with barely any. If they are going to charge extra to get less then it isn't worth going back when there's like 3 other Mexican places in town.

I do door dash and received an order around 8:05pm got to the store in Junction City Ks about 8:10pm , upon entering I informed an employee that I was picking up an order for Chris S ; I was told at that time they had run out of black beans and were going to replace them with pinto beans. I waited approximately 30 minutes only to be told they were waiting for the steak to finish cooking , after that was another 10-15 minutes of waiting spoke with whom I think was the manager and all he could muster was they were busy.... during our exchange I informed him there were only two people when I came in the store and here it is 45 minutes to an hour later and I still don’t have my delivery.... I had to cancel the order because I couldn’t get in contact with Chris S to discuss further options.......some people just don’t need to be in service or respect/value their employment , please do better QDOBA Thanks
Some days great others the staff is slow on pick up orders.
