Red Carpet Cleaning was recommended to me by some colleagues. I did some research and asked several companies for estimates. By far, this company offered the best service and at the best price. Not only their service was prompt and extremely professional but they actually showed superb dedication and thoroughness. Indeed, Rick -the manager/owner- was present at all times to answer questions and accommodate to the needs of my last minute service request. His team is outstanding, responsible and very detailed. They even helped me packed and load some remaining items from the rooms with carpets that needed to be cleaned since my movers were falling behind schedule. This company has everything a person that is under stress and pressure while moving needs: professionalism, punctuality, efficiency, and promptness while accommodating to the client's needs. The carpets in the rooms look like brand new. I highly recommend this business without reservations and I will be forever grateful for their kindness and care while doing their job under a time constraint and stressful circumstance. Rick has made my move a breeze by leaving the home in a pristine condition. Thank you. Definitely, the best company in the area.

Awesome company! They really know what customers service means!
I messaged them on FB messenger and got a reply within minutes. Was able to schedule my cleaning around my work schedule, and around my kiddo's nap time. They offered to be there early, but that didn't work for me, so they were online to the minute. The rates are ridiculous affordable, and took almost no time at all to get the job done. The carpets look like brand new again. I wouldn't recommend, or use another carpet cleaning company in the future again.

I would highly recommend this service, we are military and living so far away from our forever home it's hard to find good people who won't rip you off. This company is top notch and does excellent work, the owner went above and beyond to help me and even found someone to do another job. Will be using them again and telling everyone about them.
Rick was very professional and kind which I really value when I invite someone to do a service in my home! He cleaned my couch and carpets and days later they still look so fresh it’s SO NICE! I will definitely be using Reds again in the future.
