The owner is disrespectful. He also believe that he is better then everyone else and very disrespectful. We had an emergency when our fridge door fell off I have three children in the house it can easily hurt them or break one of their bones. We are on day three and it is still not fixed. Two days later he comes to look at it and he was extremely unprofessional. Never will I rent from this company.

We are a military family, State Social Worker and Clinical Therapist in the Army. Never have we been treated so poorly by the staff Heather, Shelby and Larry “the agent” himself. We have orders to move up from NC, only have so little time to find a house, and they were quick to waste our time. Please watch out for these guys, so dishonest it’s scary.

I’m not the type of person to leave bad reviews on anyone. However upon changing management companies for my rental, I e-mailed Larry expressing my concerns about how his team is doing, to help him make his company better. That’s the way I feel it should be That was two weeks ago and no response. Completely ignored my e-mail, as if it went into a black hole. Cornerstone used to be a very good Management Company as I use their services for 13 years. Upon leaving, my house on on the rental market for 10 months. I used to be able to rent out my house in two months tops. When it recently went on the market, I was in no way notified that the market has changed, If they would’ve communicated that with me, I would’ve made the price lower in the beginning. Don’t get me wrong, the staff is very nice, but they really need to be trained for todays market; not how the market used to be. I leave three stars instead of one because I do appreciate all they’ve done for my investment throughout the years, but having my house on the market that long; really hurt me financially. Most of all, I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. Lastly as soon as I switched to the new management Company, they were able to get my house rented within three days, “with multiple applicants on the table” Now with that happening, something really needs to change the way Cornerstone is doing business. I’m glad we can respectfully disagree. I wish you and your staff nothing but the best as well.

Great staff! The girls in the office are friendly and helpful. They work to solve any problems you may have. Larry was very knowledgeable when I had questions that needed answered. They sold my house within a month of it going on the market. Some of the reviews I've read are ridiculous. Clients should realize things happen and are out of anyone's control. Patience goes a long ways when dealing with real estate - whether renting, buying, or selling.

Great company! The girls in the office are great! The broker is very knowledge and goes by the book. If there's an issue, come to him (without attitude) and he will do his best to help. As far as property mgmt, it's not an apartment complex. You're dealing with individual owners. If you call the girls with an issue, they do their best to get it handled within the means they are allowed. Take care of the house as though you have pride in it and the owners will appreciate it and be willing to work with you.
