They have always been so good to us. All you have to do is communicate with them and they will help you in anyway they can. If I could give them more stars I would. But if you need home stuff and can't afford to pay all of it out of pocket go see them. You will not be sorry I promise you.

Do not use the RAC at Junction City Kansas. I am typically set up on autopay and make my payments on time, ALWAYS! My card was stolen and it knocked my autopay off given the card was stopped. Instead of contacting me to say hey, they showed up at my house with just my kids home, demanding my washer/dryer. DURING A PANDEMIC! Are you flipping serious. I am 5 days past due and would have happily paid had they contacted me.
