Got an oil change done with these guys. Made it about 100 miles down the road when I lost my oil cap along with 6 gallons of oil. These guys are taking zero responsibility even tho I pencil whipped their signatures. The real problem here was trusting these guys with my truck. A driver should not have to be forced to check over the whole truck after a service and according to these guys you have to go over everything they touch. It’s not on them but on my the oil cap came off they they removed to fill with oil. I wish I could post pictures of the mess it made. All I wanted them to do was reimburse me for the 6 gallons of oil and my wash. They refuse. On top of that need to replaced my oil soaked brakes too.
Well where do I begin.I had a spindle malfunction on my trailer on Friday Luckily my driver was right at the offramp of the sapp brothers. He polled in before the tires fell off the mechanic looked at it told him all this is bad it's going to be about 7,500. I immediately started looking for somebody else to do the job or to rent a trailer, unfortunately for me everything closes on the weekend in that part of the country apparently people in Kansas don't understand that truckers run 24/7. Which when you think about it the original Pioneers only got As far as Kansas then stopped they couldn't go the rest of the way I guess that should tell you a lot about them. Anyways come Monday I started looking 4 places that were open unfortunately the only two places that could do the job or booked up. I was told by both of them do not use Sapp Brothers for this job they will flake out I wish I had listened to them. So I called back and talked to the shift lead apparently the mechanic way overestimated the bill by about 4,000. So I had them actually take the tires off which the first mechanic failed to do they quoted me a price of no more than 3,300 I agree they told me they could do the job the next morning starting at 7. Of course the next morning the spindle guy didn't show up until close to 10 his excuse was there was snow on the ground I guess if there's snow on the ground you don't think about maybe leaving earlier. And of course instead of having gotten all the parts the day before they bother to do that so we had to wait till almost 4 in the evening for them to get the last part. And of course the high estimate of 3,300 went to almost 4,000. In short because of their total incompetence the load got refused now I'm facing an insurance claim which is sure to make my insurance go up next year In short if you want your insurance to go up next year and pay more than you are supposed to by all means crapp brothers that's right crapp brothers
My husband is a well respected cross country truck driver. Today he stopped to fix his tarp and the manger and service tech refused to allow my husband to barrow their ladder. EVEN AFTER AGREEING TO SIGN A WAIVER FOR THEIR INSURANCE. My husband was left to perform an UNSAFE act in front of them. This alone makes me question their service they perform. Shame on you for your lack of compassion and hospitality. He spends hours and days let alone weeks away from his family so he can drive for our country during a pandemic. Yet barrowing a ladder is too much to ask.
Ate at A&W. Food was tasteless and they didn't have many of the items listed on menu. The root beer however, was amazing!!
Thanks be to God...this place is getting better, and cleaner. I hope they remain as friendly and with the same Kansas home type of kind and compassionate service as they have had for so many years. I really hope that doesn't change....unless its to increase and improve!!
A&W burgers, mmm my favorite! Super clean restrooms
