I apologize I don't remember going there to the shop RV repair as soon as I figure out where that's at and I go see it I definitely will give you guys a review
Very nice, kind people. The owner Brian is super nice and understanding. However, he charged me 100 for a glow plug light diagnostic that confirmed I needed a new relay, which he replaced for 200 in labor and 93 for the part. It didn't fix the problem. I was charged 400 and sure, I have a new relay, but I'm still stranded if it gets below 50 degrees outside.
Brian is very knowledgeable about all RV systems. We came from out of state just to have some issues diagnosed and repaired properly! Other mechanics couldn't help us. Brian zeroed in on the issues in a timely manner and had them fixed! We will continue to bring our Country Coach to Schack Repair if anything else is needed.
