Lauren did my hair and I’m absolutely in love. We spoke about my hair MAYBE not getting to exactly what I wanted, but in the end it was exactly what I wanted and more. Prices were great compared to other salons so definitely these prices CANT be beat. She was great with communication with my likes and dislikes and everything in between, and would triple check if something was alright with me before continuing. Which is a huge plus for me since getting my hair done usually gives me anxiety. Anyway she wasn’t pushy with conversation which was great since I don’t like any hair appointment if something seems forced, so the appointment was great. She was extremely nice, knowledgeable and confident with everything she was doing and answered all my questions! The whole salon was nice and clean and the other staff was super friendly as well. It was overall a great experience and for the rest of my time in the area I’ll keep coming back to Lauren for all my hair needs! In the past 5 years in the area I have never found a hair stylist that I’ve trusted with my hair until I sat in Lauren’s chair. So that should say a lot for anyone reading reviews, and by the way I’ve never used a Smart Style hair salon in my life. I’ve always hear scary rumors. But I will say I’m so happy I went in because I’m absolutely in so much love with my hair.
