We walk the pond area regularly when we visit my grandmother, and we love taking walks through there.

We have lived here for just under two years. This community is very friendly and well-kept. People look out for each other here and it's a place you feel very safe. I love the ducks at the pond and you'll sometimes see them walking around. We are fairly new to Oregon and Junction City is a great place to live. Before moving here, we did our research and found the lot rent to be reasonably priced. The new managers are amazing people. Our overall experience at The Meadow on Pitney Pond has been wonderful.
It's a mobil home park and nothing more. I rarely give 5 stars and this wouldn't be the place I'd make an exception for. \Drama
The mud pit that they call a pond is a breeding pool for the millions of mosquitoes that attack you as soon as the late afternoon starts to get close. They refuse to do anything to treat or prevent the issue (like simply adding fish to the pond that will eat the larvae) there are regularly dead fish floating in the water and it smells like rot. The lot rent is over priced for what this park offers. The rules implemented to keep the park \pretty\ are ridiculous and nit picky. Like the only fence you can have costs thousands and you can't have a small pool in the summer. This place is a joke and the owners only care about raising rents so they get more money.
