My husband just got back from deployment and Bryan (I believe that’s how he spelt it) was so patient and kind towards us. He helped get my husband get a new SD card and set up his phone plan again. While doing so, he helped me upgrade my phone. He was very honest about everything and showed us the cheapest prices.

Today is 27dec2020, the female sales rep that \assisted\ my mother was absolutely the most rude person they've ever had to deal with. Wasn't helpful and acted as if she had no time for them. They bought a new phone, added a line and bought accessories. And the sales rep acted as if they were pulling her teeth. This ISN'T how you make sales.
