Very friendly instructors. Very well spoken with breathing, techniques and modified positioning of certain poses. Relaxed environment conducive to the yoga experience. Helpful setting up classes and class selection for beginners. Plan on making a regular location.

I began my journey into yoga here in 2018. I learned quickly that maintaing a yoga practice is one of the best things you can do for your well-being and this studio is a great place full of welcoming and knowledgeable teachers who bring so much more than a series of poses to each class. You can come for the stretch or the sweat but you will find that you keep coming back for the 1hr to devote to your self care and mental clarity.

Loved this yoga studio in junction city Kansas. I was visiting from out of town and was happy to find the studio close by instead of having to drive an hour away. All the supplies are there and all you need to do is drop in and practice. Highly recommended and will be going back.
