Zaragoza's are an upfront and honest used car dealership (I know, hard to believe, but it's absolutely true). We have purchased several vehicles (5) from Zaragoza's and have recommended several people (3 more vehicles purchased) to buy from them, as well. The oldest vehicle we own (1996 Toyota Avalon) was purchased almost 5 years ago, it is a reliable, good little car. It hasn't shown any new "quirks" beyond what they warned about and through regular, normal maintenance it will continue to be the vehicle we use to safely teach teenagers (2 kids so far) and young adults (5 thus far) how to drive. Zaragoza Auto Sales is always my first "go to" and they always work with me to give me a fair price and a solid vehicle.

I highly recommend this dealership. Bought a 2012 Jeep Compass about a year and a half ago. Upon the test drive, I noticed the breaks needed to be done. I told them when I returned and they offered to take care of it for me. They did a great job, Les Schwab confirmed it. Jeep runs great still and they really worked with me on the price.
If I could leave a higher rating than 5 stars, I would! I had been shopping around for a vehicle for months. After reading the positive reviews at Zaragoza Auto Sales, it looked like a good dealership to go to. Like anyone else, I was nervous about purchasing from a dealership! As soon as we got there, we were impressed! We had mentioned to the staff that we had high-risk family so we would be social distancing and meeting outside. They took it very seriously and more masks and gloves! They let us take the SUV I was looking at for a test drive. We noticed that the CV axle was needing to be replaced. They offered to replace that before we purchased it because they hadn't noticed that. We agreed! It ran beautifully. After it was fixed, I came back to purchase it. On my way home, the Check Engine light came on. I was so stressed out because I had signed an As Is waiver and they were not required to help me. I called them late that evening, and they encouraged me to come back right away and they would check it out. They took it for a couple of days and found the source of the check engine light. Then, they fixed it for me! Have you ever found a dealership that cares this much about their customers? I'm so thankful I found a dealership I can trust!
I paid full price KBB for a 2005 chrysler pacifica touring with no mechanical issues. He was completely dishonest about it's problems the car is a complete lemon. Not even a year later I've put more than what I paid for it into mechanical stuff, radiator, water pump, brakes, wheel bearings, thermostat, replaced the coolant reservoir, there's electrical issues.....just be careful buying cars from here.

Pretty much just repainted lemons. I would not recommend anyone buy a car here. Drove 2 vehicles both needed tons of maintenance and the seller was reluctant to budge on the price.
I 100% recommended this place if you are looking for a vehicle. The first time I was looking around for a car I found this place. They had a bit inventory for being a smaller car lot in a small town. I actually had the pleasure of meeting the owners and found out it is a family business. Kevin was the one helping me out with finding the right car. Very professional and knowledgeable with all the cars they had. I test drove two of their cars and after the second test drive i was sold. Their prices were unbeatable. One year later, I still have the car to this day and now I will be headed back in a couple days to get my brothers car. Can’t thank you guys at Zaragoza Auto Sales enough.
This place offers 5 star car sales. We made an appointment to check out a car but ended up test driving 4 cars and they were very patient and accommodating. We ended up buying a beautiful Honda Accord that runs perfectly. About 2 days after bringing our new car home the radio stopped working. When we contacted them about it and they were very responsive and quickly ordered the new part and fixed it for us. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking for great service and a non pushy place to buy a new car.
