Long story short, owner is not concerned about her customers as witnessed by employees reactions to lack of direction on July 4th. Was promised a partial refund for my cab fare back from glacier because busses were not running ,and I opted to decline the refund when the owner accused me of scamming her. As she texted, " the salesman that sold you the ticket called me and said that he told you to take a cab. I didn't realize that before. He also said that he had recommended you come back on the 930 bus." Issue is I purchased tickets from a nice female who said no such thing. Do yourself a favor and ride a nicer bus or travel by other means to the glacier and avoid doing business with this lady and her company. You will be glad you did. Can honestly say that writing these reviews is worth the 48 dollars that she could have refunded and avoided this negative review.
Literally the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. Our driver's name was Gary and was a complete idiot. He parked to close to another vehicle and couldn't get out so instead of backing up he got out and started cursing at the other driver, all while my children were watching. Then when he got on the bus he continued going on like an idiot. Will never recommend a tour with M&M to anyone ever.
Lauren is great driving this boat. The staff answered all of my questions about stellars, whales, birds. We travelled in the shoulder season so we were early for high whale feeding activities. We did see a couple of them. Boat was clean and comfy. If you go, just take the public transit Mendenhall Valley bus for 2.00 and buy a ticket at the harbor-save a lot! And you can take a 2.00 bus back or go to glacier or anywhere else. Buses allow transfer for free to any of their 8 or 9 routes all day. We took buses everywhere. Also the cafe in the hatbir has great fish tacos!!
This company definitely takes advantage of the tourist.They lied to us selling us something we did not get.strongly suggest do not book with them.
Was told if we paid more money we would be going on a small bus with less people n no wait time Waited 45 mins and went on a crowded old large bus They lie to get your money Give it a miss!!!!!
