The owner is an honest and fair person. Was able to get the boat we wanted at a very competitive price. They rigged it well and have taken care of a couple minor issues in a very professional way. Their phone handling is well above expectation. It is really nice to have almost every call answered without delay by a polite and helpful person.

First time ever calling these people, i am trying to help a young man with his boat there is no numbers on the engine. I called to see if there was another location for the numbers. I started the conversation with "Your probably going to hate me" just because i know what it's like to not have all the Info. When i said this the first words out of the guys mouth were "I ALREADY DO SO MOVE ON" I hung up i will find another source. This was absolutely uncalled for.

I needed help with my Toyostove. I live out-of-town so had to do a "Google-search" to locate someone in Juneau that could help me. Willie's Marine was listed and my brother-in-law had good comments about them so I tried there first. I'm thankful that I did. They have great customer service. I will continue to call them for Toyostove questions and will recommend them to others.

Shout out to Willy's Marine! We had a problem with our Toyo stove and searched for someone to do repairs. Not only did Matt answer the phone before they even opened, but called me back before 9 am. We were able to have the best repair man come by 2:30 same day! Thank you Steve for your excellent skills, customer service, and joy. You shared information with us and helped us to know more about our equipment! Your fine business will always be our go to whenever we have needs. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR BEING AN AWESOME BUSINESS IN JUNEAU!

Terrible experince with these guys. I took my 19ft glasply in for a tune up and to get my wench and kicker motor mount replaced. I was called 4 different times saying they were done, each time I had to remind them of something that was on the work order. Nobody was able to show me tech notes on what was done, the answer given to me was " if it's on the sheet, they looked at it and fixed it". I get the boat home, only to find that they did not even run my motor. The only changed the spark plugs. Now, I explicitly said for them to run it and find out what needs to be tuned up, as I'm a mechanic but have little time to work on it myself. After everything, I spoke to someone saying they are the owner and was told he will get everything done for me but was going to recharge me for the labor. Terrible, I mean TERRIBLE customer service and a big loss of trust.
