I have visited here over 10 years. My father loved this restaurant since he was middle school student. you can find the most delicious 돈까스 in here. plus you can enjoy how people cook the pork right infront of you.

A very well-known and historic tonkatsu restaurant in Myeongdong. It had introduced Japanese style tonkatsu to Korea and is always busy with people who seek for old memories and flavour. Still, there seems not many reasons to visit this place as there are so many better and authentic tonkatsu restaurants with greater values.
Affordable tonkatsu shop in Myeongdong. Food was good and staff were attentive. What threw me off was the boss/manager skulking around the store, staring at the staff and monitoring the patrons, which was quite unsettling.
Good food but service was just par. Nothing special or worth a second visit.
I like this place. Food was 4/5. Service was great. Small cosy restaurant. The pork cordon bleu was what I had. Slightly expensive but bear in mind it's an expensive area. No idea why they put cabbage in the cutlet hence the 4. Otherwise very tender crispy and delicious. Served with fiery mustard, cabbage and rice. Solo friendly but staff don't speak a lick of English.
Nothing to rave about. They will refill your rice soup salad if you can eat. Ordered their cheese cordon and tenderloin one, verdict original is better.
Location is a bit \outskirt\, but still many traffic of tourists there. The waiter works very efficiently, kind, and helpful, despite of little english they have. And like many other resto, free wifi is also provided here, 2g 5g and all. I didn't use their bathroom, so have no idea what it looks like. The taste, me n my friends order pork cordon bleu and pork tenderloin, and i'd say all deliver. A bit plain to my taste buds, but still in the acceptable region. Their miso soup tastes like . . . well, a miso soup. Not got enough, but yummy. Will i come back again? Well, as a tourist, maybe not, i still want to eat something else, many thing else. But if i live nearby, this place is definitely one of my meal list.
