Office staff is inattentive & uncaring and everytime I call they put me on extensive holds and refuse to ask the doctor the question or tell m e wrong info like they've sent my refill to the pharmacy and when I get to the pharmacy they don't have the refill auth. This has happened to me at least 4 times in a year. They only care about you coming into the office so they can charge your insurance an office visit when all you need is a rx refill for a medication you've been using topically for a year. Its all about money here. Also today I called to ask them if I can stop by (as instructed to do so by Sheryl Abrams the dr I saw) but they tell me no I am not allowed and now I need a referral for what I was told I can just stop by for. Simple procedure I would even pay cash but no they want to tack on an office visit charge when I was just there 4 months ago and dont need to be examined, just needed some cortisone which takes literally 2 minutes to administer. All of these reasons are why I am switching to a different Dermatologist in Jupiter. If this office cared about their image they would get competent office staff who actually cared about their patients!
