My first time experience at this office was overall very good. The staff is extremely friendly. The office is very nice, clean and inviting. The Dr is kind and thorough. I think where people are having some payment issues I’ve read about have to do with their deductibles. Most doctors offices have you pay the co-pay and then if you have a deductible that hasn’t been met, they bill you for it later after the services have been rendered. That’s how most of us are used to dealing with payment at the doctor. But more and more offices these days are making you meet the deductible upfront and pay for that before services are rendered. There’s nothing necessarily wrong with it it’s just that they don’t want to be stuck with unpaid bills. Now if you have a very large bills I would think as a courtesy they would offer some type of payment plan? Because to expect a person upfront to pay thousands and thousands of dollars before they perform any kind of work on you is a little much. So that’s why I give four stars instead of five

I called and spoke to Jeff in the office.He was the kindest and most helpful person I have spoke to over the phone. He took the time to answer all of my questions without any fuss. This is how every office should be. His compassion was felt over the phone and I was very satisfied with my experience!

Dr. Hearing and her staff are one of the nicest, caring office I have been too. They are very profesional, caring and things always get done in a timely manner. And with a smile. I came to her after having my ob-Gyn for 22 years. I knew it would not be easy to find someone like Dr. Susan Poncey, But I did. I am a patient of her's. And I am also in the medical field. So seeing her office from both sides and still feeling the same ways says a lot.
