I have been going here for years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Dr. Heroux is great, has a positive attitude, professional. I also met Dr. Diaz recently and she is also very nice and seemed knowledgeable. I recommend this office to my friends, I know I have more visits ahead and I truly believe I'm in good hands. Update: had the laparoscopic endometriosis surgery with Dr. Herbst. He is the best in his field with this. Seriously amazing doctor. He knows his stuff and has been doing this for 30 years. I will be seeing him from now on and he is going to keep an eye on my endometriosis. I can't imagine trusting anyone else with it at this point.

Could never get an appointment within a month even when in extreme pain, was routinely told by answering service that office staff was busy (during office hours) and to call back \another time\, and when I did get someone on the phone and told them I wanted my records to go to another practice was told to call back in a few weeks. Worst practice I have ever dealt with.
