I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Winterrowd. On April 7th 2021 I had a planned c section (after having an emergency one 13 years ago). I saw Dr. Winterrowd for the majority of my prenatal appointments throughout my pregnancy but did get to meet a few others towards the end. I’m so grateful that I was able to book my c section with her because I could feel her love and confidence in what she does. The surgery went beautifully. The whole team was great. The trauma of my first c section really left me emotionally scarred and very fearful of ever giving birth again let alone via c section. I am forever grateful for this beautiful/spiritual experience that I got to have with the birth of my second child. Dr. Winterrowd is amazing.

Ran into traffic jam on the way to the office. I live an hour away. I called 20 minutes before my appointment, on the way to the office, to let them know I'd be a few minutes late. The person that answered the phone told me that if I was 15 minutes late, the appointment would need to be rescheduled. I was 12 minutes late and they still cancelled. I was too anxious to explain my situation and I wasn't allowed to bring anyone in to help explain my situation either. I was told to wait in yet another line to reschedule an appointment. I wasted 2 hours because I was 12 minutes late. I have an anxiety disorder and this was my first appointment for some serious problems I'm having, so I left without rescheduling. I didn't want to wait in a line while feeling horrible. If the doctor is so rushed that 12 minutes means a cancelation, I doubt they will be able to handle my complicated problems anyways. The people working here were nice, but the policy is way too strict. I am not allowed to bring someone to feel safe during invasive exams, yet I have to sign a form to let students watch the invasive exams. Oh, it also takes about a month to be seen at all.
