I was beyond nervous to come here. Only because I was going to an OBGYN for 6 years and I grew comfortable with them and was upset when my insurance changed. Dr Livingston was super nice and made me feel comfortable and actually talked to me and answered any questions I had. The nurse was great and super sweet. But the part that made me the happiest is the ultrasound tech, she was so nice and actually talked to me! I had a horrible experience with an ultrasound tech at my old doctors that left me in tears during my first pregnancy. I told thd girl at the front when I was checking out that I was really nervous coming in and everyone had been amazing and now I'm excited for my next appointment.
They never call you back and forget about trying to get a prescription refill! Left 3 messages, put on hold twice then disconnected and their lunch is from 12 to 2! Good luck!
Dr. Livingston is the best gynecologist I’ve had. Whenever I need an appointment, it’s easy and convenient to get one. He’s knowledgeable and listens to my concerns. He asks questions and make suggest to get me to better health. Great physician
The best staff ever. Always accommodating, professional and helpful.No matter how many patients are in the office, you are always treated with respect and shown attention. No words can ever properly express the same for Dr. Livingston. Then epitome of professional and attentive.
Outstanding professional who is an active listener that demonstrates his abilities from the first consultation. He is one of the only menopause specialists in the region and will go far beyond the standard of care to ensure quality of life during those difficult years that all women experience. My mother drives over 25 miles to see Dr.Livingston and will continue to do so because he is simply eminent in his field.
I work in a medical office and I am very impressed by Dr Livingston and his staff. They are all wonderful and entirely dedicated to doing everything they can to make your visit as comfortable and efficient as possible - with the pandemic going on, they have done a LOT to step up their cleaning and safety protocols and protect their patients, staff and do everything they can to keep everyone safe. Their reception staff go so very far above and beyond to be friendly and sweet and helpful, even when they are short staffed and overwhelmed and they are so appreciative of their patients patience (heh heh heh) - the nurses are so great, they’re all warm, caring and superb listeners. I felt safe and very listened to by everyone in their office but especially Dr Livingston, which I feel is crucial in a doctor-patient relationship. Their office is clean and it was a good experience from beginning to end. I am so grateful that I found them because I cannot rave about them enough - they are all entirely amazing and you are missing out on a superb relationship with your gyno office by not scheduling with this office.
Since I live in PBC, I chose Dr. Livingston. He has helped me deliver my beautiful healthy daughters and took well care of my two pregnancies. I must say that he shows amazing traits like professionalism, respectfulness and kindness. I just love him as my ob/gyn.
