I have just begun my process of becoming a duel citizen and called to ask a couple of questions. I was thankful when the receptionist was open to answering a few (many offices are NOT) and thrilled that Mr. Jurmain himself got on the phone and answered my deeper questions. What a class act! As soon as I get everything else in order (per his recommendations) I will be back to use this office. Personal service and being treated with respect is essential... and Jurmain's office has it!!!
