HI There, I have recently required a repair on my Mamba BB gun which was caused by an accident by my son. I sent the Mamba back to Just BB guns for the repair and replacement parts. The service was amazing, Kaur and Kim kept me fully informed of the progress and sent the Mamba back to me in perfect condition, I am really impressed with this level of service and thanks for the repair, Very impressive indeed,

Customer service from this business - 0. Purchase did not arrive in designated time frame. Sent an email to confirm if or why my purchase had not been dispatched, reply from Just BB guns, item no longer in stock and offered an alternative over a week later, no apologies. Some form of communication would have gone along way when you confirmed you had received my order/payment, that the item was out of stock. Will definitely not purchase from this Business again!
gun arrived fast .... two tone paint done unprofessionally. the gun also needed assembly and the instructions weren't clear. had to watch a utube video.
After no tracking for purchase one email is all i got but after the courier had not recieved the items over a week since purchase numerous emails were sent through different contact methods including facebook zero reply. Terrible customer service and completely untrustworthy site. Save yourself the hassle and stay away.
