Poor Communication ,Quality eventually OK I ordered my vanity December to be told it would be ready the end of January It arrived over two weeks later with no communication and with poor workmanship When I visited the show room with photos I was shocked to be asked to remove the doors myself and return them to be re built The following day I was advised it would be picked up and remade as it wasn’t acceptable Where was the quality control When the replacement doors were ready I was advised to wait at home all day for a delivery I called for a idea of time of delivery to be told it was impossible to tell me ?One would have thought they would have gone out of their way to keep a customer happy , given it was their poor manufacturing in the first place I was also not told to call when my unit was installed for the stone top to be put in place I had to call and ask the showroom attendant where the rest of the vanity was To be told I had to book an appointment, which was another week later I wanted to buy local and spent time researching, to be put off by the experience
