Horrible place, called to get basic information and Jennifer the CM of the day refused to tell me anything about my case. I wanted to know the contact number of the enforcement office in California and she refused to give it to me. When I said why cant you give me any freakin information on my own case she threatened to hang up on me like a child. When I asked her if the call was being recorded she sarcastically said \ why yes it is\, then I said \good\ because I wanted it recorded how she was talking to me and treating me, she changed her tone and sent me to the office manger. I am currently awaiting contact from the DA to file a complaint and the grievance department and seeking an omsbudsman or lawyer. This has been almost 24 years of this type of treatment and the run around with so much money back owed....and these workers should be ashamed of themselves for not being proactive in the cases they are working. Dont expect enforcement help from this government agency you most likely will just need a lawyer. The only time they really enforce is if the mom is on welfare or foodstamps, and they want their government money back so they will take action only then. Good luck all
