I bought a keyboard from these guys a while ago. Looked good, worked well for a few months and then suddenly the space ar kept sticking. I eventually sent it back to them at my own cost as per their instructions. When they received it, apparently it all worked fine for them and thay couldn't recreate the problem even though I was having to tolerate the problem. For about a month. They would not acknowledge that I even had the problem. It was working for them at the time or maybe they used a working model to demonstrate to me that it works... Who knows? But the fact that they made me feel like as if I was lying was the worst bit. No customer service. Why would I pay postage to send it back if I was lying about the problem? Obviously I k ow that you will test it. When they couldn't recreate the problem, they wanted me to pay the postage to have them return it to me. At this point I don't trust the product anymore nor the company. The seller wasn't even thinking about what if when I receive the item, the problem reappears a few days into use again? 4-5 at a time for postage. So I just left it. Having paid for the keyboard initially and further for return postage. I'm left without any product. I don't want a product that was giving me problems. They just wouldn't understand. At least offer me a replacement. I'm not paying again to be sent the same problematic keyboard that I sent to you without any repairs or replacements. It's some of the worst and least supportive after sales customer service that I have ever experienced.

Item cane, then broke. Got in touch and was told a replacement would be sent but it wouldn't be tracked or signed for. Said to wait 2-4 says on Thursday. I waited till the Monday to grt I touch and ask if it has been posted, got ignored. I called the number twice, ended the call on me each time. I emailed, nothing. If a replacement wasn't going to be sent out it would've been preferable to have been told that instead of doing all this as now I have a young brother who is out a computer mouse because I waited for this apparent replacement to arrive.

Item looked good, but never arrived. Definately posted by Royal Mail and marked as signed for just not delivered. Customer service not the best but, very quick to respond to enquires.

I've called constantly for support with my Droibox Nano (Do not waste money on one of these as I've had constant issues using mine for the last 2 months) and no answer from any of my calls, beginning to wonder if the 'year guarantee' actually exists..
