Howard kindly gave me advice around my property where the tenant had vacated prior to the end of the tenancy. My property was let with a different firm who were poor in their communication and I needed advice because I believed the information they were telling me was incorrect. Howard give me honest and professional advice which enabled me to challenge the situation confidently. I am intending to sell the property now but if I was looking to rent my property again I would be choosing JW Homes without hesitation. Howard’s knowledge of legal matters and everything connected with letting a property is second to none - very thankful and just wish we’d known him sooner!

Having dealt with both the lettings and sales teams at JW Homes, I have to say the service standards have been superb. In particular Howard was extremely responsive, went above and beyond what was expected of him and on the back of this, I won't use anyone else.
