We use TimeGuru for planning, time tracking and time/material invoicing. We suggested making start/end time mandatory for our employees when they register time. They made it possible to choose if you want it to be mandatory or not, which is awesome. They are always ready to listen to questions and suggestions. Overall, we are very happy with the system!

Review title: very easy to setup and use Pros: has every function you need and more, incredibly easy setup guide when you create the system Cons: no app, still easy to use from the phone though User role: Administrator Overall description: Even with the app missing, this the most userfriendly system I have tried so far. When creating the system, you follow a very simple guide, that walks you through all the system's modules and functions, and allows you to customize it all to fit your needs. Also, you can easily get the app icon on your phone, that opens up the system in your browser when you click it. It works just as good as an actual app in my opinion.

Review title: helpful support, userfriendly system Pros: easy setup guide, very userfriendly interface, support helped right away when i had issues figuring out the leave management Cons: free only has support videos and userguides, but you can still call even if you use the free version Overall description: As you can tell from the pros, I'm very happy with the system, and so is all the employeees. We might upgrade to the pro version very soon

I am using TimeGuru to manage all kind of time material(Time, Expense and mileages). It took 5 minutes to setup my organisation in the system. Flexible reports to export in any format(Excel, PDF and Print). By the end of month, I am able to select what i am going to invoice my customer. Its very flexible. With one click, I am able to sync all my invoices with e-conomic system. And its totally free upto 10 users, But I am using the paid version as the price is very economical in comparison to other systems. Recomended (y)
