A professional team that takes care of the pet the best way possible and also shares information in a personal and relaxed way with the pet owner. Had our cat neutered today.. The vet's welcoming attutide and professional treatment were exactly what you would like to find when leaving your pet in the hands of vets and nurses. Couldn't be better!

Very good staff with a real heart for animals. I really appreciated their help. The costs of treatment were okay but the cost of having an animal stay over for a night or two were literally astronomic and unreasonable - the assumption must be that everyone has pet insurance but I didn't.

Great vets and nurses! Thy helped out so much after another clinic had messed up and when our dog developed an auto immune disease. They are all really kind to the animals and we are so glad to have found them. Highly recommend.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Don't take your pets here. We came in, having called ahead, with an emergency. We get in and put in a room where there's blood on the window and wall, dried. Two hours later we get to meet with someone. We do all the tests recommended, etc, our cat stays for two nights. We ended up having to put him down, but it took ages and a different vet before anyone was honest with us about his condition. When running tests we were told they got no results and had no idea what was wrong, and we later had reasons to be concerned about the breeder we got him from. Because of this, and the safety of our other cat, and of course insurance, we were supposed to have an autopsy done. We waited two months with no news, although the clinic sure did call us about payment! (payment they had told us would be put off until insurance settled since he passed. They seemed to have forgotten about that, no surprise.) Then we got a call. They FORGOT TO ORDER THE AUTOPSY. He was already cremated. Let that sink in. They FORGOT. TO ORDER. THE AUTOPSY. So now we have no closure, and a mess between them and insurance, and we dont have 100% peace of mind for our other cat, no matter what we test her for, because nothing showed up on his. We were told they'd pay for his medical costs since they messed this up, but that doesn't help with any of the other reasons we wanted this autopsy so badly. This clinic is absolute utter garbage, and I don't say this lightly. Not to mention they pretty much use extortion to demand 3,000 kr up front the day they die if you want your pet's ashes back. Which we still haven't gotten, either. I don't recommend anyone go here. Ever. Avoid them if at all possible. I have no words for the anger in my heart at how this place has handled our situation, and our sweet boy who's no longer with us. And we will never know why. Thanks to them.
